Policies
All planning package sales [fees] from flyingincolor.com are final. Should you book and later decide to cancel, choose to book elsewhere, or choose to stop the planning process, this fee will be retained. This fee is non-refundable, and non-transferrable. In addition, this fee will not be applied to your booking. This is an administrative planning fee.
We pride ourselves on providing the best service. If you are dissatisfied, we will work diligently to resolve any issues. Upon receipt of your quote you will have 7 days to make any adjustments or changes to the options we send you. Once 7 days have passed, your quote will expire and you will be required to pay a reinstatement fee of $55.00 before we will continue with the planning process. This $55.00 will reactivate the planning phase for an additional 3 days.
Destination changes during or after research will also incur a $55.00 fee per change.
Changes to active bookings will incur a $55.00 post booking fee per change.
Changes to active bookings (including cancelations) will incur a $55.00 post booking fee per change.
Terms and Conditions

This agreement releases Ebonee Brown and Flying In Color, LLC from all liability relating to injuries, illness or quarantine that may occur during domestic and/or international travel. I and all travel companions, agree to hold Ebonee Brown and Flying In Color, LLC entirely free from any liability, including financial responsibility, for injuries, illness or quarantine, regardless whether injuries or illness are caused by negligence. I acknowledge all inherent risks involved in domestic and/or international travel, for myself and my travel party.
Anti-Fraud/Chargeback Clause
As a valued client of Flying In Color, we strive to provide you with a secure and trustworthy travel booking experience. To maintain the integrity of our services and protect against fraudulent activities, we ask that you carefully read and acknowledge the following Anti-Fraud/ Chargeback Clause:
1. Booking Accuracy: It is essential that all information provided during the booking process is accurate and truthful. Any inaccuracies may result in complications, including potential loss of funds.
2. Authorization: By booking through Flying In Color & their suppliers, you authorize us to charge your specified payment method for the agreed-upon travel services. You confirm that you are the authorized account holder or have explicit permission to use the payment method. If explicit permission is provided, we reserve the right to ask for this in writing upon payment authorization.
3. Chargeback Responsibility: In the event of a dispute or chargeback initiated by you without prior communication with Flying In Color or their suppliers, you understand and agree that we may be required to provide evidence to the payment processor or financial institution to support the validity of the transaction.
4. Communication: If you encounter any issues, discrepancies, or concerns related to your booking, we strongly encourage you to contact our customer support team promptly at 4048506004 or sales@flyingincolor.com.
We are committed to resolving any problems efficiently and to your satisfaction.
5. Fraudulent Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback without valid reason or prior communication with Flying In Color or their suppliers is considered a breach of this agreement. In such cases, we reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover any incurred costs, including but not limited to legal fees and associated expenses.
6. Compliance with Terms: By proceeding with your travel booking through Flying In Color, you acknowledge and agree to comply with our terms and conditions, including this Anti-Fraud Chargeback Clause.
